Through the course of this time I had achieved many goals and also ventured further into overtaking many others. This too, forced me into the use of SLR's as we had needed to overcome various obstacles that were both uncomplicated and yet precarious. Many of these "SLR"'s that we used most commonly would of course be: Learning Enthusiastically, Collaborate Constructively, Thinking Creatively, and Reasoning Critically. These were used abundantly through the course of time in Malaysia Week. The following 4 paragraphs will elucidate how we availed one selves of the following SLR's.
I will start first on Learning Enthusiastically. Learning Enthusiastically is a very self explanatory SLR. It is unlike the others in which they are based goals while this is more on your vision toward school and to always look for a way to enjoy your experience of learning and express it and visualize it in your own way. I was extremely capable of performing this through Malaysia Week as it was created to give us an fun filled experience as well as a learning experience. I can give many pieces of evidence to support my theory though I shall focus on just one. In my own site: Gunung Kutu we performed this by listening to the facilitators and trying new things and using them as exemplars to support our education.
Now that we are half way through I will talk about Collaborating Constructively which is the most preponderant SLR to be used in our site. But before I explain our use in my site I will explain describe what Collaborating Constructively is. And like Learning Enthusiastically is very self explanatory, Collaborating Constructively is to work together to make something of use or to do something worthwhile together. I used this many times in Malaysia Week, one example is the fact that we cooked our own food from raw ingredients to create something that we needed to share with 36 others. We split into groups to create our own distinctive meal as well as a vegetarian meal for the vegetarians.
For my penultimate paragraph I will talk about Thinking Creatively. Thinking Creatively is also a widely used SLR. To give an example, I thought Creatively when we had to split and ration food for today and tomorrow. So I said that we should use this food for tomorrow as this will be easy to cook and fast for breakfast and this is something that should be easy to digest as we will need to be hiking tomorrow. Thinking Creatively means to think outside of the box basically so I would think that this is a good example.
For my ultimate paragraph I will describe my usage of Reasoning in my Malaysia Week site. Firstly reasoning means the action of thinking about something in a logical while critically means expressing adverse or disapproving comments or judgments. And if put together will result in the following definition: To Reason in a way that will suppress a thought that may result in something horrible. I used this to my convinience when I had to reason with Pasha (he would organize food supplies) so that we will not have a food shortage.

Letter to Fiona
This is highly classified, do not show this to anyone else or they will kill you.
Dear Beloved Fiona,
There are various things I would like to mention in this letter. Firstly, I am leaving. By leave I mean to disappear. To vanish and never return. For I have my mind set, the Utopian society that we learn and live our whole lives through is a mess. It is a cluster of rules to me, things you can and cannot do. My feelings and dependance on our town has disappeared. I can rely on myself now, I know that there is a better world from our own. A world where we can depend on others and trust each other, a different concept. A world that isn't controlled by people we haven't even faced or met, how can we trust the Elders? We shouldn't trust them. In another world we can do things with our own will. We can take risks and create. Create and collaborate with each other. One risk I know we can take is to create a fire. Fire is an unpredictable substance that emits heat and warmth but without supervision may cause havoc and many other dangerous things can happen. Of course you don't understand warmth. Only very few people in our race understands warmth or risks or hazardous things. I feel so alone, and confined from the rest of you. I understand things you don't. You don't have feelings either. You are locked into a stage where you can feel emotions but are restricted to other emotions. You only can feel only a small amount of feelings. I can feel everything. And it's horrible, if I were to drag you down to my level you would suffer greatly and I don't feel to do that. I am leaving because I have come to realization that this is such a illogical system. Rules are capered everywhere. There is no freedom nor is there any room for feelings. Because I stopped taking the pills for the stirrings. I can feel love. Love is enticing and sweet. Almost like a candy, except for the fact that it is not a noun. It is an emotion that you can feel. I recommend that you feel it too by not undergoing the pills for the stirrings. The stirrings are your deepest emotions, if you take the pills you will never experience true emotions. This world is not perfect. It's lopsided and too different for my needs. Do you not find it tyranny to kill people who don't fit in? I need to leave. This place is of no fit state for my needs. I will go Elsewhere. It is better for me Fiona. But please do not think that the Giver is a tyrant. If you are unaware of who the Giver is, he is my tutor. He showed me what life is truly like. He didn't only show me bad things he showed me good things. But these bad memories haunt my mind. Please remember me Fiona.
I love you,
Jonas

Utopia Blogpost 2
2. Why is it difficult to disagree with a chanting audience?
From my iwn experiences, as I have been on stage multiple times I can see why it is hard to disagree with an already chanting audience. It builds up the tension, the pressure in the air. Giving it you an eerie feeling to do more, The audience wants more than what they already have, it's harder to argue with them as they already have set their minds on one specific thing. It's hard to change their view towards it. And anyway, they can be very loud so your voice might not be loud enough to catch their attention.
I find it gives you adrenaline when a crowd is chanting your name, as if you were injected with a stimpak. It gives you the ability to do more, it makes it easier to please the audience, and harder to displease, it makes you feel like something is not right to, similar to an intuition. You are viewed by everyone in a higher way, would you like it to stay like that or would you like to diwngrade yourself that people do't respect you? I wouldn't ruin my reputation as the Reciever so I would hesitate to speak up.
And lastly, you were bestowed an enormous honor, why would you argue agains't it? Of course that with great power comes great resposibility but it can really effect you, you would be named as the ine who turned down the offer if a lifetime, who would? I would be in such a state if shock ti argue agains't it that I would turn into the Reciever! And that is wuy it is hard to argue agains't a chanting crowd.

A Future
1. Would you want your future to be decided by others ? Why or Why not?
In my opinion I would never accept such nonsense, you were given life tochoose what you think is best fitted for your needs, not pieced together by a group of judgmental maniacs who think they are worthy of choosing destiny. Wrong! Destiny is what you decide it to be not what others think is best for you, though you cannot back down from this I would still not accept such an envronment. I would prefer to be cast away to some island then take this world of chosen destinies as righteous. It's not righteous it's tyranny! Why do they have to give you a future when you can decide yourself. I can support my accusation with that would you rather read a great book or watche an abridged and shortened abd horrible version of that book as a movie? With it's plots and characters missing or would you rather read it? Of course it's harder if you choose your own destiny but at least it's better than a horrible movie though you can relax.
I don't find his people as a perfect society. I think they were more or less beainwashed into the Elders ways. The people are like enemies to them, kill them however you want we don't care. But do they care? Yes, why do you need to kill them if they are going to die anyway? It's the same thing. The people do care about what they get it's just that they can't stop you from killing them. This is the cancer that is killing the society of that poor boys world, but he doesn't realize it. None of them do, they were born into it. But soon he will realize that this world is bland, boring and a waste of life. Do something.
And to conclude this blogpost I'd like to review a puece of evidence onto how thet were horn this way. Rhe peiple of this society were separated ar birth and were given to random parents to take which I think is the most unnescesary idea ever. But I think that with this they will
Learn to take on the order of this world at an early age, they all find this just and easy to handle. But why couldn't they keep the baby was my question. I'm not sure why they were separated but i find this rule stupid. Their world is rotting. And that is all for this blogpost.

Pharaoh Presentation Blogpost
This was a challenging situation for both my partner and I. We faced many challenges through this presentation, to be honest I think both my partner and I were doing an equal amount of effort in our work, my partner was very helpful too. Our biggest challenge in this progress was timing and correctly syncing our voices with the volume and tone of the music. This was b far one of the funnest presentations I had ever made.

City Connection
Today I am going to look back at my City Connections Presentation. I believe though it did lack some information that it was well thought out and knowledgable. Though through time Kangar did not have much of a historical impact on Malaysia itself. So I could not elaborate on that subject, Kangar still is a ver interesting destination for travel or other purposes. I elaborated greatly on it's connection with Siam (Thailand), where it was itself part of Siam. Thailand had affected greatly on Kangar with it's historical connections.
I think that Geography is my least elaborated subject, where it is important yet it is extremely short and needs to be edited in my opinion. And though I am not proud of it I think I could have greatly elaborated on my Environmental Factors and topography. I had many points to support my topic. Many sources were added in my bibliography. I think I could have done a better presentation if I had elaborated much more on my subjects.
Preparation is an extremely important aspect in presentations, if you are not ready. You may have had to read from your screen which is a not a very desirable idea as this will decrease the amount of points you score. Presentations are hard, that is agreed. It's is not common to see a person to not be prepared but have a good presentation, presentations need planning out or you will get lost mid presentation. If you had to read on screen your audience won't be very impressed at your work. Either.
I think overall my presentation does lack aspects but have covered most of the essential subjects. Overall I would rate myself a 7/10.

My New Years Resolution
My New Years Resolution is to improve my Badminton skills, as it is my favorite sport and I am, Not to be vain, but I am satisfactory in the world of Badminton. My serves are extremely faulty though my smashes and my use of the court is my greatest strength. It is uncommon for me to be seen using only one side of the court. I believe that attacking wins the game, for you cannot win a duel by only defending. I think I can achieve this by going to more of my badminton practices. I believe with that I can also become a-bit more fit. I greatly enjoy this game too, so this gives me confidence when playing. I believe anything can be done if you are dedicated to it.
Badminton is an extremely dedicative sport so I believe that only people with ambition can active it's levels, it is uncommon to see a professional Badminton player that enjoys an other sport from his own. You need to be skillful and be extremely sensitive in your hand eyes coordination, as you will need to concentrate on the shuttle as well as know where you need to swing. I sometimes find myself slowing time and directing my eyes as well as my hands toward where I would smash the shuttle. But if the opponent is quick witted he or she will anticipate the free space he or she has left and swinging it at that said spot. I believe this goal is reasonable and challenging enough.
My second New Years Resolution is to achieve the red belt in Taekwondo, I have been doing Taekwondo for 4 years in total. I have had experience in both World Taekwondo Federation and International Takewondo Federation. I believe this can be easily achieved if I too, am dedicated to following this. As well as many other martial arts, it is very uncommon to see a participant to undedicated to this. They have done it for many years and counting and are happy with it.
Taekwondo It may be slow and boring working your way up but if you are already in the higher belts, many more interesting things have come your way. If you think you are good in Taekwondo you are to join tournaments where you will participate in many challenges such as sparring and patterns. It takes skill, courage, and determination to active this goal.
